We as nurse educators aim to prepare nursing students and new nurses for their roles as clinical nurses. We use the Benner's Novice to Expert theory to develop these nurses. It takes a great deal of learning and practice to get from the novice to the expert. We all started as novice nurses after graduation from nursing school. I am interested in Benner's theory of Novice to Expert. I looked for sites that would help nurses increase their knowledge base to get from Novice to Expert.
ReplyDeleteI found the 6 second EKG and the ABG websites. They both help nurses practice information that they need to increase their knowledge base.
I selected both sites because they were both easy to use and interesting.
